Can the medical alarm be used outside of the home?
Our SOS GO device can be used outside of the home. It is a fully monitored personal alarm that uses 4G mobile network coverage and GPS tracking to give you and your loved ones peace of mind when you are in the community.
Can the medical alarm detect falls?
Yes – our falls pendant can detect falls.
Can I wear my alarm pendant in the shower?
Yes! Infact, we encourage it. All of our pendants are water resistant and can be worn in the shower and bath.
Can I choose the type of pendant I want?
Of course. We have necklaces and wrist pendants.
What happens if I accidentally press the alarm?
No worries! All of our devices have a cancel function. If you miss the timeframe to cancel, you can just let our friendly 24/7 monitoring team know it was an accident.
What happens in a power outage?
Our base units have a 30 hour battery life to keep you connected during power outages.
Can I choose who you contact in an emergency?
Yes – our 24/7 monitoring team will quickly assess your situation and can dispatch emergency services, notify your loved ones or even friends close by.
How can I pay for my alarm?
We are a Support at Home partner. Have a chat to your provider about your funding.
